Direct Orders Are Final Sale

Products purchased directly through wormempire.com are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law. Please do not mail an item back unless we instruct you to do so.

Damaged, Leaking, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, or within 14 days of the expected delivery date for a missing order. Include your order number and photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label when available. After reviewing the issue, we will provide a refund or replacement when appropriate.

For other order concerns, contact us before taking any action. Other refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Buy with Prime Orders

Purchases completed through Buy with Prime follow Amazon's return policy. Amazon processes those returns according to its terms.
